This time is a no-obligation remote session for us to connect and run through what matters most to you, how we can help, what the schedule and plan would be, and an overview of how our relationship would be established. You will then receive a clear explanation of everything customized to your situation.
Onboarding Assessment
Once we finalize the plan, we will meet to go through the specific elements of the plan that need setup or connection. Depending on the services, we usually will need to configure access and connections to accounting systems, bank accounts, credit cards, and various other vendors or systems used to manage and house information. This will be a mixed time for gathering information and actually configuring some early items.
Onboarding
With the assessment results, our team will work through the items required to build out the systems and processes and serve you. This period also can involve dynamic communication with you to ensure every detail is in place before going live with operations.
Live Operations
Once everything is configured, we will begin the operational aspects of our services for you. Our goal is to not get into a live status without having things set up, but rather make this a productive time and save you from paying unneeded costs. Depending on your plan, this will be the core phase of your services.
